Victoria Rossi grew up in Houston and attended the University of Texas at Austin, where she wrote features and covered state politics for The Daily Texan, the student newspaper. After graduating, she interned for NPR’s “All Things Considered” and wrote for The Texas Observer, a political magazine. She is covering Mott Haven in the South Bronx for The Uptown Chronicle.
