Frances McInnis covers the East Harlem beat for The Uptown Chronicle. She has written about travel for The Vancouver Sun, leisure for Momentum Magazine and commodities for Resource World Magazine. As an undergrad, Frances studied literature at Edinburgh University and the University of British Columbia. She grew up in Vancouver, Canada and still occasionally says, “eh.”
