Andrew was born (1983) and raised in Victoria, British Columbia. A documentary filmmaker before coming to Columbia, his first film, Two Summers in Kosovo, is to be released this fall. Andrew covers the Highbridge section of the South Bronx for The Uptown Chronicle.
